Tenders Are Invited For Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works-Construction Works/Cpr For Waterproofing On A Flat Roof Of The Building Of Sofia University Nikola Voivodov, Vratsa.
I. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works-Construction And Construction Works On The Waterproofing Of The Flat Roof Of The Building Of Sofia University Nikola Voivodov , Vratsa. This Public Procurement Provides For The Implementation Of The Following Types Of Repair Activities - Construction Works - Crr, Related To Waterproofing Of The Roof Structure (Flat Roof - Administrative Wing And Study Wing) Of The Building Of Sofia University Nikola Voivodov. The Roof Of The Building Is Flat As In The Part Of The Administrative Wing And The Study Wing Is Highly Compromised In Poor Operation, With A Compromised Roof Covering, In Some Places Completely Destroyed. It Is Envisaged That A Complete Replacement Of The Coatings, With The Dismantling Of The Waterproofing And The Sheet Lining On The Boards And The Installation Of New Ones, The Construction Of A Concrete Holker, Cleaning And Dusting The Base, For The Application Of A Bitumen Primer, As Well As All The Necessary Accompanying Construction And Repair Works. All Implementation Activities That Are Subject To Award With This Public Procurement, As Well As The Required Quantities Are Specified In The Attached Quantitative Account, With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Detailed In The Attached Technical Specification - Annex No. 1 To The Documentation For Participation. The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Construction Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Law - Implementation Of Construction Within The Meaning Of § 2, Item 51 Of The Additional Provisions Of The Public Procurement Act. All Construction Works Included In The Order Are A Ongoing Repair Within The Meaning Of Paragraph 2, Item 43 Of The Dr Of The Spa. Ii. The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement: 1. Implementation Of Construction Works And Any Other Accompanying Activities Representing Ongoing Repair Within The Meaning Of Paragraph 2, Item 43 Of The Dr Of The Spa, Including The Delivery Of Materials, Mechanization, Workforce And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Public Procurement, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And The Quantitative Account. 2. Participation In The Drafting Of Acts And Protocols During The Construction In Accordance With Ordinance No. 3 On Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During The Construction. 3. Guarantee Liability Of The Completed Construction Works. Guarantee Liability For The Periods Of The Warranty Periods Offered By The Contractor For The Different Types Of Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 For The Introduction Of The Works In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Works. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Spa. 4. Other Non -Construction Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Site, The Main Types Of Construction Works/Crp Are Detailed As Types, Volume, Technical Requirements And Quantity Of Performance In The Technical Specification - Annex 1 And The Documentation For Participation In The Contract.
