Icbc Is Seeking A Qualified And Experienced Proponent (Oem) For The Provision Of An Itsm Solution And Any Necessary Professional Services To Implement And Support The Solution, Including: (A) Subscription Services Of All Modules And Relevant Functionality As Requested By Icbc (Including The Provision Of Test Environments During And After Implementation). (B) Regular Software Update Of The Solution Over The Contract Term Including Renewal Options. (C) Through A System Integrator , Implementation And Change Management Services In Accordance With The Agreed-Upon Approach And Plan. (D) Training Services For All Icbc Administrators And Where Applicable, Regular Users; (E) Consulting Services On Decision Making, Process Development And Improvement, And Other Internal Issues Related To The Solution; And (F) All Other Client Support Services Associated With The Solution And Its Implementation.
