Design, Development, Implementation, Maintenance, Technical Support And Evolution Of An Open Digital Innovation Platform For The I2cat Foundation And The Generalitat De Catalunya.The Provision To Be Contracted Is The Development And Maintenance Of A Digital Module For The Management Of Open Innovation, Which Constitutes A Key Component Within The Digital Innovation Strategy Of The Generalitat De Catalunya, Promoted By The I2cat Private Foundation, Internet And Digital Innovation In Catalonia (Hereinafter, I2cat Foundation). The Contractual Object Consists Of The Services For The Design, Development, Implementation, Maintenance, Technical Support And Evolution Of A Saas Multi-Instance Digital Module For The Management Of Open Innovation. The Platform, Initially With Four (4) Instances Configured, Must Be Functional, Scalable And Multi Language (Catalan, Spanish And English), With The Ability To Manage At Least 1,000 Active Users And Integrate With External Systems Such As Crm, Power Bi And Microsoft 365.The System Will Allow Managing Innovation Challenges, Solutions, Events, Collaborative And Data Guaranteeing, Gdpr). It Will Also Have Functionalities For The Generation Of Reports And The Progressive Adaptation To New Needs, Ensuring Technical Support And Maintenance During The Validity Of The Contract. The Objective Of The Contract Is To Contract The Services For The Management Of The Innovation Challenges, To Channel The Solutions Of The Catalan Digital Ecosystem And To Facilitate The Co-Creation Of Transformative Projects. At The Same Time, It Is Intended To Establish A Collaborative Space That Promotes Open Innovation, Transparency And Participation, Improving Data -Based Decision -Making.
