As Part Of The Banyule City Council’S Capital Works Program For The Year 2024-25, The Council Is Seeking Quotes For Repairing, Checking And Refinishing The Water Slides At Watermarc.The Scope Of Works Is Generally As Depicted In Appendix A, Which Includes But Is Not Limited To:•Repair All Defects As Outlined In The Consultant Advice Notice No. 001 Dated 29 June 2023.•The Repairing Work Includes Any Defects Or New Damaged Spots In The Pipeline And Tantrums That Require Urgent Repairs..•Repair Leaking Joints To Stop Any Water Leaks.•Check All The Slide Bolts & Tighten Any Loose Bolts•Fit An Extra Hex Nut To All Anchor Rods On Slide Supports, If Required.•The Work Includes All Repairing Materials And Access Equipment (Scissor Lift, Boom Lift, Scaffolding, … Etc.).•The Work Includes Maintenance & Warrantee The Repairing Works For One Year.•Inspection And Testing Of The Works.•Site Clean-Up & Handing Over.In Addition To The Above, Contractors Are To Visit The Site And Make Their Own Investigation And Assessment Of Site Conditions. Contractors Will Have The Opportunity To Visit The Site With The Project Engineer Present On Tuesday, 4 March 2025 At 10:00 Am.
