The Council Is Seeking Tenders From Suitably Qualified And Capable Contractors To Construct The Refurbishment Of Briar Hill Preschool, 118 Karingal Drive, Greensborough, Vic 3088.The Projects Objective Is To Upgrade The Existing Preschool, Including Refurbishing The Entryway, Bathroom, Kitchen, Office And Storeroom To Meet Current Compliant Standards.The Scope Of Works Generally Includes But Is Not Limited To Construction Activities Involving:•Mobilisation And Site Establishment.•Set Out Of Works.•All Works As Per Design Drawings.•Ensuring The Works Are Undertaken Safely And In Accordance With All Council And Statutory Safety Requirements.•Location And Protection Of Any Underground And Above-Ground Services In The Works Area.•Site Clean Up.•Warranties And 12 Month Dlp.The Works Are Preferred To Occur Only During Term 3 However Should The Program Need To Extend Into Term 4 This Will Also Be Considered. A Construction Program Needs To Be Included With Submission.
