The Municipality Is Looking For One Contractor For Delivering And Implementing An Itsm Application. The Assignment Is A Framework Agreement. The Itsm Application Will Be Used By All 650 Employees Of The Municipality Of Zeist, Including 65 Practitioners Of The Reports And 25 Employees Who Can Apply For Requests. Our Expectation Is That An Itsm Application Will Cost On Average 45,000 Euros Per Year. For This Reason, We Use A Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Of 550,000 Euros (Taking Into Account Indexation And The Possibility Of Purchasing A Contract Management Module, Excluding Implementation Costs).
