The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance In The Formula Design And Build Investment Tasks: The Shape Of A Green Public Space In The Town Of Bogusławice. The Contractor Will Be Made On The Basis Of Pfu Comprehensive Project And Cost Documentation Together With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Decisions On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority To Obtain The Final Permission To Build Or Notify Construction Works And Carrying Out Construction Works Necessary And Carrying Out Construction Works To Achieve The Goals Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Pfu). 1. The Scope Of Work Under The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular: A) The Map For Design Purposes; B) Execution Of A Construction Project Or A Project To Submit The Intention To Perform Construction Works Together With The Necessary Decisions, Opinions And Arrangements, And Obtaining A Final Decision Of The Building Permit Or Lack Of Objection To The Application; C) Implementation Of The Technical Design (If Required); D) Performing Additional Geological Studies (If It Will Appear Necessary); E) Execution Of The Design Of Greenery And Dehydration Of The Area; F) Execution Of The Executive Project (Scope And Form In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Project Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Performance And Receipt Of Construction Works As Well As A Functional And Utility Program. Decisions, Applications, Opinions And Arrangements Necessary To Fulfill The Subject Of The Contract; I) Developing Complete Technical Specifications For The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works; J) Developing Predominants And Cost Estimates; K) Agreeing With The Contracting Authority Used Solutions And Materials Used At Each Phase Of The Project Documentation And Obtaining Its Approval; L) Performing Authors Supervision; M) Geodetic Service; N) Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works Based On Project Documentation; O) Execution Of Works Related To The Terrain; P) Execution Of External Installations In The Field Of Land Dehydration, Consisting In The Removal Of Rainwater To The Existing Pond; Q) Construction Of Pedestrian Routes From Natural Aggregate; R) Construction Of Field Stairs; P.) Construction Of Recreational Squares From Gravel; T) Assembly Of Elements Of Small Architecture; U) Planting Trees, Shrubs, Perennials, Decorative Grasses And Vines; V) Making A Flower Meadow; W) Execution Of New Lawns; X) Execution Of An Inventory And As -Built Documentation; Y) Reporting Completion Of Construction Works To The Poviat Inspectorate Of Construction Supervisory Final Permission To Use And Other Permits Necessary To Use The Completed Task (If Required). 2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Within 12 Months Of Receiving The Work Of Care Treatments Listed In Pfu, I.E. Watering, Fertilization, Weeding, Plant Protection, Cuts And Other Required Care Treatments
