1. Subject Of The Contract. 1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Performance Of Mining Works Aimed At Performing Ad Hoc Security Works In The Lill Górna Chamber On Item Iin - Iii Kazanów In The Underground Part Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine, Hereinafter Referred To As Mining Robots. 1.2. The Lill Górna Chamber Is An Active Mining Excavation Used As Part Of Tourist And Party Traffic. 1.3. The Chamber Is Equipped With A Mining Housing In The Form Of Ceiling And High -Wistophagous And Steel Anchors. In Addition, A Wooden Support And Shielding Wooden Housing Are Built. Wooden Elements Of This Housing Are Stabilized With Steel Clamps With Glass -Lephaded Anchors Built In The Chambers. The Used Ceiling In The Eastern Part Of The Chamber Was Partly Protected With A Small Mesh. 1.4. Mining Works Will Include The Replacement Of Damaged Housing Elements And The Development Of Additional Elements To Improve The Condition Of The Excavation And Increase The Safety Level Of People Staying In The Chamber. 1.5. The Maximum Scope Of Mining Works Is Annex 16 To The Contract.1.6. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Developing And Agreeing On A Technical Design Along With The Technology Of Performing Works, 2) Obtaining Permission Of The Conservator Of Cracow Monuments Of Salt Mushrooms (Hereinafter Referred To As Kzkżs) For Mining Works Covered By This Agreement, 3) Removal Of Steel Anchors And Building In Their Place. Glassepoxide In Place Of Deformed Steel Clamps With Anchors, 5) Replacement Of Damaged Pads And Caps In Glassproof Anchors, 6) The Building Of An Additional Small Eye Mesh In The Place Of The Used Ceiling In The Eastern Part Of The Chamber. 1.7. As Part Of Mining Works, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: 1) Organize The Square (Area) Of Works, 2) Provide Materials Necessary To Carry Out Mining Works, 3) Provide Machines And Devices Necessary To Perform Mining Works, 4) Provide Persons With Appropriate Permissions And Qualifications To Supervise Mining Works, 5) Provide Mediocre Service. 2. Technical Design. 2.1. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop A Technical Project, Together With The Technology Of Performing Works As Its Integral Part, In Accordance With: 1) The Ordinance Of The Mining Plant Operating Manager (Hereinafter Referred To As Krzg) Ksw/Z/Krzg/42/2018 Of April 24, 2018 On The Preparation Of Technical Projects Or Technology Of Works On The Reconstruction Of Excavations And Performing Other Mining Works, Constituting Annex 1 To The Contract, 2) Ordinance Of The Ksw/Z/Krzg/48/2023 Of 15 June 2023 On The Selection Of Housing For Excavations In The Wieliczka Salt Mine, Constituting Annex 2 To The Contract, 3) The Book Of The Housing (Annex 6 To The Plan Plan Plan For 2025-2030), Constituting Annex Designing The Housing Other Than The Housing In The Book, The Contractor Will Perform Appropriate Strength Calculations Of The Housing And Confirm Their Correctness In Acc
