Tenders Are Invited For Organization Of Two Stays Of A 10-Day Preventive Camp In Coastal Resorts For 80 Children (2 X 40 Children) From The Grudziądz Commune From Favorized Families Aged 8-16
4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of Two Stays Of A 10-Day Preventive Camp In Coastal Resorts For 80 Children (2 X 40 Children) From The Grudziądz Commune From The Families Of Terminated 8-16 Years. 4.2. Rest Must Be Organized In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of 30 March 2016 On The Rest Of Children And Youth (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1548). The Organizer Will Be Obliged To Submit A Preventive Camp To The Appropriate School Board. 4.3. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed At The Holiday Resort In Poland, In Seaside Resorts. The Location Of The Stay Up To 300 Km From Grudziadz. 4.4. As Part Of The Contract, The Organizer Will Provide Direct Transport By Bus Participants From Grudziądz To The Place Of Completing The Camp And Return In Accordance With The Obligation In The Scope Of Transport Of Persons By Law (Min. Current Technical Examinations Of Vehicles That Participants Will Travel, Current License For The Performance Of National Transport Transport, Appropriate Professional Qualifications Of The Driver). 4.5. Accommodation In A Brick Facility (There Can Be No Tents), Having A Qualifying Card Of The Object, In A Maximum Of 4-Person Rooms With Direct Access To Sanitary Facilities With Shower, Washbasins, Toilet And Warm Water, For Each Participant A Separate Bed. 4.6. Full Food (4 Meals During The Day: Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea And Dinner) In Accordance With Hygiene And Rational Nutrition Set Out In The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Food Safety And Nutrition (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448), Meals Must Be Varied, Filling, Corresponding To The Norms Both In Terms Of Quantity, Quality And Nutritional Values. During The Trips, Secure The Participants Of The Camp With Suchy Provision And On The Way Back From The Camp. Ensure 24 -Hour Access To Drinks (E.G. Tea, Water, Compote). 4.7. Implementation Of The Educational And Care And Preventive Program. The Contractor Should Organize A Program Of Classes For Weather And Bad Weather. The Program Should Include Sports Classes And Games, Field Games, Art Classes, Sociotherapeutic Classes, A Full -Day Trip With An Introduction To The Visited Facilities For Participants. The Educational Staff Must Have Qualifications And Experience Used. In The Scope Of The Implementation Of The Preventive Program, People With Psychological Education Should Be Secured. Medical And Nursing Should Be Secured For The Duration Of The Subject Of The Contract. Camps Participants Should Be Insured Against The Consequences Of Accidents. Bathing And Sunbathing Must Take Place At A Bathing Beach During The Presence Of A Wopr Lifeguard. 4.8. In Addition, The Organizer Is Obliged To Follow The Guidelines For The Organizers Of Recreation Of Children And Adolescents Prepared By Gis, Mz And Men.4.9.
