Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 91 Para. 2 Public Procurement Law, I Indicate That The Contracting Authority Has Not Divided The Order Into Parts, Because The Order, In Full, Is Adapted To The Needs Of Small And Medium -Sized Enterprises Within The Meaning Of The Annex And To The Commission Regulation (Eu) No 651/2014 Of 17 June 2014, So That Such Division Would Cause Excessive Technical And Organizational Difficulties. Such A Division Would Result In Excessive Costs Of Performing The Contract, Causing Non -Economic Management Of Funds. In Addition, The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Order Could Also Seriously Threaten Its Proper Performance In An Organizational Sense. To Sum Up, The Execution Of The Order Within One Part And By One Contractor Will Be The Most Effective Manner Of Implementation From A Technical And Formal Point Of View.
