1) As Part Of The Organization Of Order Courses, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Develop The Program Of The Classes, B) Preparation Of The Necessary Training Materials And To Provide Them With The Participants At The Latest During The First Classes And To Provide One Additional Set Of The Ordering Party - The Contracting Authority Allows Material Material In Electronic Form. C) Protection Of Personal Data Obtained During The Training, D) Conducting And Transferring To The Employer: A Presence Letter Signed By Training Participants, And Listing Of The Reception Of Training Materials Containing The Name, Surname, Signature Of The Training Participant And The Date Of Ichodbior, E) Assessment Of Training Made On The Basis Of Individual Surveys Completed By Participants, F Classes, G) Conducting The Exam Together With The Transfer Of Relevant Consents And/Or Certificates Confirming Obtaining Rights - In Accordance With The Described On Annex 10 - Descriptures, H) Preparation Of Personal Certificates Of Completion Of The Course, I) Applying Information And Promotion Rules, Co -Financed By The European Union Under The European Fund Described In Annex 10: 2) Developmental And Educational And Psychophysical Possibilities Of Students, Including Students With Special Educational Needs (Disabled People Who Will Be Supported By The Parties.
