The Scope Of The Order Includes The Modernization Of The Road At 0+ 500 To Km 1+ 200 At A Section Of 700 M Construction, Referred To In Point 4.2 Specifies: 1) Technical Documentation With Drawings Constituting Annex 8 To Swz, 2) Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) Constituting Annex 9 To Swz, 3) The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex 10 To Swz.4.3. In The Case Of Discrepancies In The Documents Indicated In Point 4.2. The Entries Are Binding According To The Following Hierarchy Of Documents: 1) Technical Documentation, Taking Into Account The Explanations Granted During The Public Procurement Procedure, 2) Technical Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works, 3) The Preliminary Work, Subject To Paragraph 4.4) The Contractors Remuneration Is A Lump Sum, Which Is The Equivalent Of The Performance Of The Contractor Described In The Technical Documentation Indicated In Point 4.2.1 And In Stwiorb.5) The Bill Of Quantities Is Auxiliary, Which Means That In The Event That A Given Type Of Work Or Their Measurement Or Their Scope Was Included In The Documentation Or In The Stwiorb - The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Type Of Work Indicated There Or Their Scope In Accordance With A Technical Description Or Stwiorb As Part Of A Flat -Rate Remuneration, Even If A Given Type Of Work Or Their Measurement Or Their Scope Was Not Included In The Precaution Of Works. 4.4 Significant Comments Regarding The Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With Applicable Law, Construction Art, Technical Knowledge Concluded With The Contracting Authority, Arrangements With The Contracting Authority Made During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract.
