The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of A Functional Concept And Full Design And Cost Documentation With All Necessary Arrangements, Research And Assumptions Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit For The Investment Entitled Construction Of Multi -Family Residential Buildings At Węgierska And Szwedzka Street In Świnoujście, On Plot No. 30 Of 14 Warszów And Obtaining A Final Decision For The Contracting Authority. The Documentation In Question Should Be Made Together With Land Development And The Necessary Technical Infrastructure By Access Roads, Exits To A Public Road And Necessary Elements Enabling The Use Of A Residential Estate For Its Intended Purpose And Playground. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into 5 Stages: 1) Stage I - Includes The Study: A) Functional Concept B) Detailed Estimated Cost Estimates Divided Into Industries: • Demolition Works; • Tree Felling; • Construction Industry (Architecture And Construction, Finishing Works In Residential Premises And In Common Real Estate); • Electrical And Low -Entire Industry (Tv, Internet, Intercom, Intercom Monitoring), Solar; • Sanitary Industry (Boiler Room, Internal, External And Connections), • Road Industry; • Land Development (Including Playground); • Bill Of Quantities. Attention! The Contracting Authority Reserves That In The Absence Of The Concept Of The Above Design Assumption In Stage I Will Give Up The Implementation Of Works In Stage Ii, Iii And Iv2) Stage Ii - Includes The Implementation Of: A) Demolition Project - Existing Buildings, Health Paths Of Outbuildings, Hardened Surfaces And Underground Infrastructure Together With The Necessary Cutting Of The Existing Stand For The Purpose Of Building A Team For The Purpose Buildings; B) A Plot Or Area Development Project Prepared On The Current Map For Design Purposes Or Copies; C) Architectural And Construction Design; D) Projects Of Gas, Electricity, Water, Sewage, Rainwater Drainage, Media Connections; - E) Road Design - Access Road, Exit From A Public Road, Etc. F) Inventory Of Greenery And A Design Of The Standing Of The Stand And Planting Design; And Obtaining All Necessary And Required By Law Consents, Arrangements, Opinions, Permits And Assumptions Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit.
