In Connection With The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each: Norm, European Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical References Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described In These Documents, Is Obliged To Prove By Joining The Relevant Evidence In Question Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Swz, Attachments To It And Applicable Standards And Standards. 4. The Contractor Declares That He Has Knowledge And Experience Guaranteeing Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract.
