1. Part I: Provision Of A Comprehensive Cleaning And Maintenance Service In The Constant Purity Of The Didactic Building And The Property At Al. Grunwaldzka 1372) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive, Successive Service Of Cleaning And Maintaining In The Constant Cleanliness Of The Didactic Building And The External Property Surrounding The Object At Al. Grunwaldzka 137, In Particular: A) Cleaning Of Didactic, Office, Sanitary Rooms, Laboratories, Publicly Available Rooms, Communication And Other Rooms, B) Cleaning Of The External Area Hardened Around The Building (Accession, Parking Lots, Access Roads), C) Cleaning And Mowing Lawns, D) Detailed Work As Part The Order, Including The Time Of The Service (Shift System), The Type And Estimated Amount Of Elements And Space Subject To The Service Was Specified In Opz (Annex 2) And In The Draft Contract (Annex 5). 4) During The Holiday Season, I.E. From July 1 To September 30 (For 3 Months) - The Cleaning Will Be Performed To A Limited Extent. Part Of The Didactic Rooms, Laboratories Can Be Closed, Depending On The Graphic Artist Of The Occupied Rooms, Which Are Rented For Training, Cultural, Conferences, Etc., Which Will Change The Amount Of Cleaning Area As Well As The Frequency And Type Of Work Performed. The Contracting Authority Reserves That In This Period The General Orders Should Be Carried Out Cyclically. Due To The Reduced Use Of The Facility In Months From July To September, The Employer Reserves To Give Up The Daily Cleaning Service Inside The Building: In Terms Of Parts And Order, I.E. At Al. Grunwaldzka 137 To Approx. 70% Of The General Area, Which Is Associated With A Reduction In The Loading Of The Ordering Party For The Cleaning And Maintenance Service In The Constant Cleanliness Of Buildings In These Months By The Contractor.
