Description Of The Subject Of The Contract1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Tourist And Sightseeing Trip To Malta For Employees Of The Gidle Forest District-September 2025 2. The Number Of Participants And Settlement Rules- Number Of Participants: 39 People (± 2 People)- The Settlement Will Be Made On The Basis Of The Actual Number Of Participants- The Contracting Authority Will Transfer The Contractor The Final Number Of Participants No Later Than 14 Days Before Departure- To 14 Days Before Departure, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Cost The Names Of The Participants Without A Cost. Completion Date- September 5-10, 2025- Preferred Departure In The Morning- Preferred Return In The Evening 4. Transferittransfer In Poland:- Transport Of Participants From The Headquarters Of The Gidle Forest District (Niedułów 3, 97-540 Gidle) To The Katowice-Pyrzowice Airport And Return Transport After The Trip- Transport Must Be Organized Only For A Group, A Tourist Vehicle (Tourist-Class Bus Bus With Air Conditioning, Toilet, Seat Belts) Transfers In Malta:- Transfer From The Airport In Malta To The Hotel And Back- Transfer Only For The Participants Of The Trip, Without The Participation Of Third Parties- The Presence Of A Pilot Or Representative Of The Contractor In The Vehicle- A Ban On Using Public Transport5. Flight From Poland (Preferred Airport: Katowice)- A Return Flight For Each Participant- Each Participant Must Have Hand Luggage And Checked Baggage Up To 10 Kg6. Accommodation- Minimum 4-Star Hotel- Stay 5 Nights In 2-Person Or Family Rooms With Bathrooms- Hotel In A Location Convenient For The Implementation Of The Trip Program (Perforated Location: Valletta, Sliema, Gżira, St. Julian’S)- Air Conditioning, Restaurant, Access To The Beach Or Swimming Pool. Food- 5 X Breakfast- 5 X Dinner- Meals Provided At A Hotel Or Local Restaurants. 8. Care And Guide- Pilot/Guide Present During The Entire Stay- A Local Guide While Visiting The Attractions- Service In Polish Or With Translation 9. Insurances Must Be Covered By Insurance.
