3.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Comprehensive Services In The Field Of Ongoing Maintenance And Renovation Of Municipal And Internal Roads In The Suwałki Commune - Part 3.3.2. The Above Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into 2 Parts (2 Tasks): 3.2.1. Part 1 - Task 9 - Provision Of Services Related To Mechanical Mowing Of The Roadside Along Municipal Roads And Roadside Ditches In The Suwałki Commune. The Estimated Amount/Length Of The Roadside Of Municipal Roads Will Be About 100 Km. The Order Of The Contract Includes The Provision Of Services Related To The Mechanical Mowing Of The Roadside Along Municipal Roads In The Suwałki Commune, Using The Mechanical Equipment Of The Contractor. The Scope Of Works Also Includes, Apart From Mowing The Roadsides, Mowing Roadside Ditches. The Mowing Will Take Place On A Written Or Telephone Order Of The Commune Office, With An Indication Of The Scope Of Mowing, I.E. Detailing Roads And Mowing Width (The Number Of Journeys On A Given Road - The Minimum Width Of One -Way Mowing Is 1 M). The Order Covers In Its Scope, If Such A Need Is Found, The Cutting Branches Of Trees And Shrubs On Municipal Roads, While Mowing The Roadsides, Using The Contractors Mechanical Equipment. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of All Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Contract In Question. The Unit Price Given In The Form Should Include A Price For 1 Km Of One-Way Mowing One Side Of The Municipal Road. Mechanical Equipment Used For Mowing Should Be Marked In A Way That Ensures Road Safety (A-14, C-10 Signs And Equipment With A Flash Lamp), In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Instructions For Marking Works Carried Out In The Road Lane). He Should Meet The Requirements To Perform Tasks And Be Allowed To Work On Public Roads. Equipment For Mowing Should Be Technically Functional, Safe To Use Equipped With Covers. Mowing With A Mower Should Be Made Using Special Caution Due To The Possibility Of An Accident By Detachment Of The Cutting Element And Hitting The Vehicle Or Person. The Contractor Must Have At Least: A) One Agricultural Tractor And Attachment Of A Flail Mower. 3.3. Works Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Prevents The Formation Of Impediments And A Threat To Road Traffic. 3.4. The Contractor Is Civil -Legal Liability For Any Unfortunate Accidents And Damage Caused By The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3.5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have Valid Civil Liability Insurance Throughout The Contract During The Entire Contract. 3.6. The Contractor Takes Total Responsibility For The Proper Use Of Equipment. 3.7. The Contractor Is Responsible For The State Of Safety On The Section Of Works. 3.8. Equipment Workers Must Have Appropriate Permissions And Protective Clothing. 3.9. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Destruction By Inattention Of Road Elements, Especially Regarding Markings, The Value Of Which Will Be Det
