Work Detail

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of Students To Schools From The Dobroń Commune In The 2025/2026 School Year. 1) Task 1 Includes The Provision Of Students Of Students To Schools In The Dobroń Commune, I.E. To The Primary School In Mogilno Duży, The Primary School In Chechle Second And The Primary School In Dobron. The Provision Of Services Will Consist In Delivery Of Students In The Morning And The Discharge Of Students After School Classes. The Approximate Plan Of Delivery And Transport Is Presented In The Attachment To This Application. The Cost Of Traveling To The Initial Stops And Departure From The End Stops After The Daily Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Covers With Own Funds. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right:  Changes In The Route, Bus Departure Hours And The Number Of Students Transported By A Given Course, Increasing Or Reducing The Number Of Routes On A Given Day,  Shortening Or Extending The Transport Route, Changing The Transport Hours Until The Hours Of Starting And Completion Of The Classrooms In Schools,  Introducing Additional Conditions For The Performance Of The Contract In The Scope Of Changes In Transport. Teaching Plan For Additional Science Days, E.G. On Saturday. In Addition, The Employer Reserves That For A Reason Lying On The Contractors Side, No Course May Be Dismissed. Detailed Transport Hours Will Be Established With School Directors After Developing Class Plans For The 2025/2026 School Year. The Contractor Will Not Provide Transport Services During The Days Off From School. To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Use 3 Fully Functional Buses/Buses With The Following Minimum Number Of Seats (Without A Driver): 36 Places - 1 Bus/Bus, 32 Places - 1 Bus/Bus And 58 Places - 1 Bus. In Addition, The Contractor Must Provide Fully Functional Buses/Substitute Buses. The Approximate Weekly Number Of Km Of Delivery And The Transport Is 1388 Km. 2) Task 2 Includes The Provision Of Transport Services Of Disabled Students From The Dobroń Commune To Schools/Special Centers Located In The Pabianice Poviat. Details Of Transport Will Be Known After Laying The Lesson Plans In The Above -Mentioned Schools. The Contractor Will Not Provide Transport Services During The Days Off From School.
