Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Medical Liquid Oxygen (Mlox) to Designated Public Health Facilities in Tanzania CHAI invites interested and capable vendors to submit bids for the supply, delivery, and transfer of mLOX to bulk storage tanks installed at six (6) hospitals: Mainland: Muhimbili National Hospital (Upanga), Muhimbili Orthopedic Institute, Mwananyamala Regional Referral Hospital, and Temeke Regional Referral Hospital; and Zanzibar: Abdalla Mzee Referral Hospital and Kivunge District Hospital. mLOX delivery will be for an initial contract of 6 refills at each site, although the actual start date for mLOX deliveries may vary between the six facilities. When preparing your submission, please use the technical specifications and details attached in Annex B and the CHAI code of conduct and ethics for suppliers in Annex C for guidance. Request for Suppliers Six (6) health facilities will require regular delivery of mLOX for initial 6 refills. Suppliers are invited to submit bids for delivery of mLOX to all six (6) health facilities. Demand estimates are preliminary and indicative and may be refined. We strongly encourage suppliers to respond with different price points (per ton) reflecting different demand levels, and associated price-volume breakpoints.
