The Following Product Groups Are Covered By The Supply: Raising/Lowering Table, Storage, Office Chair, Meeting Table, Meeting Chair And Screen Wall. For A Detailed Description Of The Products Offered, Refer To The Tender Material Incl. Appendix. All Of The Contracting Entities And Institutions Are Covered By The Agreement. The Agreement Also Applies To Self -Governing Institutions To The Extent Possible In Accordance With The Applicable Operating Agreement. The Offered Framework Agreement Has A Maturity Of 2 Years. The Framework Agreement Can Be Extended Twice Up To 12 Months On Unchanged Terms. The Contracting Entity Is Obliged To Use The Agreement Entered Into To Cover His Consumption. However, The Contracting Entity Is Entitled To Apply The Deliability Rule In Section 8 (2) Of The Tendering Act. 2 And Can Therefore Purchase Up To 20 % Of Its Total Consumption From Other Suppliers.
