The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Addition And Reconstruction Of Water Branches From The Internal Water Water Network Of The Village Of Medkovets, Medkovets Municipality. Existing Water Supply Information The Main Water Source For The Water Supply System In The Village Of Medkovets Is From The Village Of Slivovik. By Means Of External Water Supply, The Water Is Brought To A Reinforced Concrete Water Tower South Of The Village. From There, It Is Distributed Through The Internal Water Supply Network To The Individual Consumers. An Additional Water Supply To The Village Of Medkovets Receives From Bugachina, From Which The Water Needs For Drinking And Domestic Needs Of The Population Are Supported. The Internal Water Supply Network Of The Village Remains Problematic, Which Was Built More Than 60 Years Ago By Eternite Pipes And Is Completely Depreciated. According To The Operating Organization - B And K Montana, The Losses Of Drinking Water Are Over 70 % Over The Submitted To The Settlement. The Total Length Of The Villages Internal Water Supply Network Is 45 Km, Of Which 22.8 Km Are Reconstructed With Polyethylene Pipes. For 5.45 Km From The Network, A Working Project Is Prepared, For Which A Procedure For The Selection Of A Construction Contractor Has Been Carried Out And The Construction Site Is To Be Opened. At Present, 22.2 Km (49%) Of The Net Is Made Up Of Old Asbestos -Cement Pipes, And For 16.75 Km (37%) There Is No Project Readiness For Reconstruction. The Existing Water Supply System Of Asbestos -Cement Pipes Is Moral And Physically Outdated. The Supply Of Drinking Water Through It Has A Health Risk To The Population, And Frequent Accidents And Leaks Further Impair The Quality Of Water Supply.
