Tenders are invited for Supply of Students Chairs and Tables at Lecture Rooms COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the office of the Ag. Director of Procurement at the Administrative Building, Federal Polytechnic Ayede, Oyo State on evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of N10,000.00 per Lot, paid into the Federal Polytechnic Ayedes Remita Account in any reputable Commercial bank in Nigeria. 5 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each lot, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope and clearly marked with the name of the project and the lot number addressed to the Rector, Federal Polytechnic Ayede, Oyo State, and clearly marked with the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated tender box at the office of the Rector, Federal Polytechnic Ayede, not later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 10th June, 2025. 6 OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 10th June, 2025, at the Polytechnics Council Chambers in the presence of bidders or their representatives, while the financial bids will be kept unopened. Please ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register at the Rectors Office as the Polytechnic will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
