All The Information Presented In This Invitation Is Preliminary And Indicative And Do Not Bind To Any Solution. Suppliers Will Not Be Paid Any Compensation For Responding To The Invitation And Participating In The Market Survey. The Market Supervisory Target Cuts The Helsinki Urban Environment Sector Will Launch A Market Survey For The Purchase Of Electric Vehicles In The City Of Helsinki (Only Procurement). The Purpose Of The Market Survey Is To Increase The Market Knowledge Of The Contracting Entity And To Provide Information On The Procurement Planned For The Market. The Purpose Of The Market Dialogue Is To Obtain Information That Can Be Used As Efficiently As Possible. For Example, The Contracting Entity May Send The Draft Tenders For Commenting For Comment And, If Necessary, Discuss With Journalists. The Language Used In Market Dialogue Is Finnish. The Results Obtained In The Market Dialogue Can Be Used To Prepare The Procurement Documents. The Objectives Of The Procurement Contracting Unit Are To Enter Into A Contractual Relationship With A Supplier Who Is Able To Implement Ac And Dc Charging Stations For Electric Vehicles For Use By The City Of Helsinki. Public Use Means That The Only Restriction On The Use Of A Charging Station May Be To Pay A Parking Fee In Accordance With The Current Price List During The Charging Transaction And That The Payment To Use The Charging Station May Be Made By Generally Approved Payment Methods Such As A Mobile Application, Debit/Credit Card Or Other Similarly Available Payment Instrument. Thus, The Use Of A Charging Station Cannot Be Restricted, For Example, To The Use Of Certain User Groups (Such As Only A Particular Operator Of A Particular Operator Or Residents/Employees Of A Particular Property), A Registration Service For A Service That Is Not Accessible To Everyone In General, Or On Non -Payment Terms. The Contract Period And The Predetermined Term Of The Agreement Is Ten (10) Years From The Time Of Signing The Contract, During Which The Subscriber Estimates That The Supplier As A Permit May Reasonably Expect To Return To The Service To Implement The Service And To Obtain The Profit. For Investments. This Is An Assessment And The Supplier Is Responsible For The Fact That The Service Is Economically Viable. Under The Agreement, The Subscriber Will Not Pay The Supplier Fees, Charges Or Other Financial Payments In Addition To Access, Unless Otherwise Said In The Convention. In Accordance With Article 28 Of The Procurement Act, The Expected Total Value Of The License Agreement Is Forty -Third (Eur 43,000,000.00). If Necessary, The Contracting Entity May Continue The Market Survey After The First Round Of Comment. - 19.6.2025.- Starting The Tender And Publication Of The Contract Notice By 19 June 2025.- The Deadline For The Tenders In The First Half Of September 2025. The More Detailed Timetable For The Offer Competition Will Be Revealed When The Contract Notice Is Published. Suppliers Have The Opportunity To Submit Their Comments On The Schedule As Part Of The Market Survey. Participation Supplier In The Market Survey, Who Is Interested In Participating In The Market Survey, Indicates An Interest In Participating In The Offer Service. During The Notification, The Supplier Shall Provide His Or Her Own Information As Instructed Below. Responding To The Market Dialogue Does Not Bind A Potential Supplier And Is Not A Prerequisite For Participating In The Actual Tender. Responding Or Non -Responding To Market Dialogue Does Not Affect The Position Of A Potential Supplier In The Actual Tender.
