A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Opz) And The Technical Specification Of The Performance And Receipt Of The System Of Sound System, Constituting Annex 1 To Opz. The Equipment Parameters Given In The Documents Should Be Treated As Minimal. In A Situation Where The Description Would Contain An Indication Of A Specific Name, Product Or Manufacturer, The Contracting Authority Allows The Possibility Of Offering Equivalent Equipment, Provided That It Meets The Minimum Parameters. Wherever The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Indicated By Specific Norms, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Norms. 3. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Fully Functional, Free From Defects And Produced No Earlier Than In 2025. The Contractor Will Grant A 36 -Month Warranty On The Supplied Equipment. 4. The Order Includes Transport (Delivery) Of Devices And Equipment To The Seat Of The Ordering Party To The Place Indicated By Him As Well As The Implementation Of The Installation And Launching The System. The Order Also Includes The Other Elements Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
