Rolling Stock - The Purchase Of 23 New Electric Locomotives With Ertms Systems, Capable Of Traveling At A Maximum Speed Of 160 Km/H And Towing Up To 16 Passenger Cars, Intended For Railway Passenger Transport And The Purchase Of Maintenance And Repair Services, Necessary For Optimum Safety And Comfort Of The Respective Locomotives.. The Purchase Will Consist Of: A) Products: 1) 23 New Electrical Locomotives With Ertms Systems, Capable Of Traveling At A Maximum Speed Of160 Km/H And Towing Up To 16 Passenger Wagons, According To The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Specifications (Cs); 2) Other Facilities And Accessories, According To The Requirements Specified In Cs. B) Services: 1) Maintenance And Repairs For A Period Of 20 Years. The Services Are Necessary To Operate The Respective Electrical Locomotives, According To The Requirements Specified In The Cs; 2) Training Of Personnel Regarding The Operation, Operation Of Electric Locomotives And Software Applications; 3) Transport, Insurance, Commissioning, Technical Assistance During The Guarantee Period. Considering The Provisions Of Art. 221, Para. (1), Letter. A) Of Law No. 98/2016, Updated, Regarding Public Procurement, With Subsequent Modifications And Completions, Of Art. 72, Paragraph (1), Letter. (A) Of The Directive 2014/24/Eu And The Conclusions Of The Feasibility Study In The Purchase Contract Will Be Provided For A Review Clause, The Possibility Of Supplementing The Maintenance Period With Another 20 Years (20 Years +20 Years), According To The Requirements In The Cs; The Supplementation Of The Quantities Purchased Can Be Done Without Organizing A Competitive Procedure, By Concluding Additional Acts To The Purchase Contract.
