The Offered Medical Equipment And Apparatus Must Be Factory New, Non -Reinforcing, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Full -Fledged, Non -Possessing Signs Of Use, Complete And Ready To Use Without Any Additional Purchases And Investments, Safe For Patients And Not The Subject Of Third Parties. Ce Certificate. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract To The Rooms Indicated By The Hospital, Assembly Along With Possible Adaptive Works, Installations, Configuration And First Launch, If The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract Requires It, At Its Own Expense And With The Help Of Equipment And Staff Belonging To The Contractor, Which Will Be Confirmed By The Protocol. 5. The Warranty Service Should Be Run By The Contractors Service Authorized By The Manufacturer. In The Event That The Contractor Does Not Have An Authorized Warranty Service Of The Offered Equipment And Apparatus, The Contracting Authority Allows The Contractor To Use The Warranty Service To Use The Help Of The Manufacturer Of The Offered Equipment And Apparatus Or Its Representative, Keeping The Technical Service In The Required Scope.
