Construction-Site Supervision Services-Exercise Construction Supervision Of A Site: Major Renovation Of The Roof And Reconstruction With The Change Of The Purpose Of The Second Floor Of An Existing Building In Cnst For Adults With Mental Retardation In The Village Of Bata, Pomorie Municipality. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Selection Of A Contractor For The Construction Supervision In Connection With The Execution Of The Site: Mountain Repairs Of The Roof And Reconstruction With The Change Of The Purpose Of The Second Floor Of An Existing Building In The Cnst For Adults With Mental Retardation In The Village Of Bata, Pomorie Municipality. With The Implementation Of The Activities Under Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Spatial Planning Act, Will Ensure The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Construction And Assembly Works Of The Site. The Activity Will Be Entrusted To An External Contractor In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Public Procurement Act And The Applicable Regulations, Including The Implementation Of Construction Supervision Under The Spatial Planning Act (Territorial Development Act). It Aims To Carry Out Construction Supervision In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Current Legislation; To Monitor The Qualitative Implementation Of The Intended Construction Works; Enhanced Control Over The Application Of Safe And Healthy Working Conditions. According To The Spatial Planning Act, In The Implementation Of The Construction Works On The Project, It Is Obligatory To Provide An Independent Construction Supervision Carried Out By A Licensed Consultant. This Activity Consists In: Preparation Of A Protocol For Opening The Construction Site And Determining The Construction Lines And Levels; Monitoring For Safe And Healthy Working Conditions, Traffic Safety, Protection Of Neighboring Buildings, Networks And Facilities In The Properties That Are Preserved During Construction And After Construction; Preparation And Certification Of A Building Book For Construction; Drafting Of Acts And Protocols Under Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003; Monitoring Of The Quality Of The Materials Invested; Monitoring The Quality And Quantity Of Construction Works Performed.
