Special-Purpose Motor Vehicles-“Delivery Of 2 Specialized Vehicles For Automated Reversible Management Through Physical Dividers For The Needs Of The Road Infrastructure Agency. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Designate A Contractor And To Conclude A Contract With It For The Provision Of 2 (Two) Number Of Specialized Vehicles For Automated Reversible Management Through Physical Separators, As A Prerequisite For Ensuring The Primary Actions For The Management Of Road Safety In A New Conceptual Manner, In Accordance With The Regulations And In Accordance With The Objective. Developed And Low -Conflict Road Infrastructure Is A Prerequisite For The Safe Mobility Of People And Goods, Economic Growth, Competitiveness And Territorial Cohesion. This Requires A Compatible And Interconnected Transport Network That Can Offer Accessibility, Optimal Connections Between The Types Of Transport, Traffic Management, Based On A Common Database, Security, Reduced Environmental Impact, Profitability And Optimization Of Operating And Maintenance Costs. Therefore, Purposeful Investments Are Needed To Support Road Safety Management Activities, Incl. Providing A Suitable Specialized Mechanization In Order To Better Manage Road Traffic. In This Regard, With The Award Of This Public Procurement, It Is Envisaged To Provide 2 (Two) Specialized Vehicles For Automated Reversible Management By Physical Dividers. These Specialized Vehicles Will Support Conceptual Road Safety Management Activities For The Needs Of The Ria. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes A Description Of The Activities For The Execution Of The Contract: (A) Delivery Of 2 (Two) Number Of Specialized Vehicles For Automated Reversible Management Through Physical Dividers Subject To The Public Procurement, In Accordance With The Technical Requirements For The Execution (Annex A), Within The Term Of The Contract; (B) Registering Specialized Vehicles For Automated Reversible Management Under Letter A) On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority, After Authorizing By Him, In Due Course Of The Competent Authorities, Prior To Their Submission To The Contracting Authority, Including The Provision Of A Valid Contract For Civil Liability Insurance; (C) The Elimination Of Technical Defects And/Or Malfunctions, And/Or Damage Established During The Delivery Of Specialized Vehicles For Automated Reversible Management And Their Acceptance By The Contracting Authority (If Necessary); (D) Familiarization With The Technical Characteristics Of Specialized Vehicles For Automated Reversible Movement And The Requirements For Managing And Working With Them; (E) Warranty Support Of The Delivered Specialized Vehicles For Automated Reversible Management; (F) All Other Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement And A Guarantee
