Pursuant To Art. 58 Of The Code, Taking Into Account The Principles On The Subject, The Contract Is Divided Into A Single Lot To Ensure The Best Possible Result In The Execution Of The Service As The Unity Of The Lot Is Considered Functional To The Needs Of: (I) Effectiveness And Standardization Of The Quality Levels Of The Service Through The Uniqueness Of The Materials And The Interlocution With A Single Successful Tenderer; (Ii) Cost -Effectiveness, Exploiting The Potential Economies Of Scale That Can Generate With The Horizontal/Territorial Integration Of The Various Affected Settlements Located In Rome; The Overall Amount Of The Contract Will Be The Result Of The Application Of The Single Percentage Discount Offered On The Amount Of The Fee Services Based On The Tender Which Adds The Amount For The On Request Services Not Subjected To A Reduction That Represents A Maximum Expense Roof, Not Binding For The Client, Up To Which The Contractual Services Can Be Commissioned, Based On The Actual Needs Of The Client In The Period Specifications Execution Requests, With Accounting To Measure By Applying The Discount Offered To The Euro/M2 Rates Indicated In The Tender Documentation.
