The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Kep 900 Container Field Power Plants In The Following Quantities: 2 Set. Including Basic 1Kpl, Resident Optional 1 Set 2. The Requirements And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In Annex 1 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Which The Employer Will Transfer To The Invited Offers To Contractors Who Meet The Conditions Set Out In The Advertisement. 3. The Applicant Provides For The Right Of Options In The Proceedings In Question. • The Employer Shall Notify The Contractor About The Performance Of The Order As Part Of The Optional Order Within 90 Days From The Date Of The Contract. • If The Contracting Authority Fails To Comply With The Abovementioned The Deadline, The Contractor Must Agree To The Implementation Of Deliveries Under The Optional Order. • The Contractor Is Not Entitled To A Claim For The Implementation Of Optional Deliveries. 4.
