Ashaiman Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its funds received under the MPs Common Fund (MPCF) to fund eligible payments under contracts for the procurement of Works within the municipality. 2. The Assembly now invites sealed tenders from qualified contractors to undertake the named project within the municipality. 3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and Amendment Act 2016 (Act 914) in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 4. Interested eligible Tenderers shall be required to produce the following: i. Valid Business Registration Certificate (Certificate of Incorporation) ii. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing (MWH) Classification Certificate. iv. Valid Labour Certificate v. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate vi. Valid Income Tax Certificate vii. Valid Tender Security viii. Valid Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Registration Certificate. 5. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on submission of application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (Gh400.00) from Wednesday, 14TH May 2025 8am to 5pm. 6. Tender must be signed, sealed and deposited into the Tender Box in the Assembly Hall on or before 10:00am on Thursday, 29th May, 2025. Late submission of Tenders shall be rejected. Tenders shall be opened immediately in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Tender shall be valid for a period of 180 days after the deadline of bid submission. 7.
