Tenders are invited for Construction of Batsonaa Community Clinic Closing Date: 04th June, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢300.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: LOT 1 Contract Package: Construction of Batsonaa Community Clinic Package Number: GAR/KroMA/WKS/NHIS/03/25 Source of Funds: NHIS Tender Security: 2% Additional Information: 1.The Krowor Municipal Assembly has received funds from the National health insurance scheme and intends to use part of this fund for the provision of basic infrastructure in the municipality. 2 .The Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors for the above works. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 ( Act 663) as amended and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic of Ghana. 3. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers upon submission of an application letter and a non-refundable fee of GH 300 as payment for each tender document. 4. Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit of the Krowor Municipal Assembly or call telephone number 0244221294 from 8 am to 5 pm during week days. 5. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after opening and must be accompanied by a tender security indicated in the table above or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency for a period of 28 days after expiration of the tender. 6. Tenderers are required to submit the following statutory document as part of their tender and ensure they are renewed within the stated period. a) Public Procurement Authority Registration certificate. b) Valid Labour Certificate. c) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate d) Valid MWRWH Classification.D3,K3 and above e) Certificate of Registration /Incorporation f) Valid Tax /Vat Clearance Certificate Tenders must be addressed to the: MUNICIPAL COORDINATING DIRECTOR KROWOR MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY PRIVATE MAIL BAG NUNGUA And delivered by hand into the tender box located in the Procurement Unit on or before 10:30 am GMT on Wednesday 4th June, 2025. Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend on 4th June, 2025 at 10:30 am GMT in the conference room of the Municipal Assembly.
