Tenders are invited for Supply and Fixing of Electrical and Mechanical Parts of 1x Cargo Elevator at Nrtc Haripur (Chrome Book Hall) Description: Sealed bids are invited from reputable Registered firms for supply and fixing of electrical and mechanical parts of 1x cargo elevator at NRTC Haripur (Chrome Book Hall) as per Anx ?A? attached. 2. Terms and Conditions a. Earnest money Rs 300,000.00 (Three hundred thousand only) in the shape of Demand Draft / Pay Order in favour of NRTC, Haripur (refundable) must be attached with Technical Proposal, otherwise bid will not be entertained. Tender will be opened on 21st May 2025 at 11:30 hrs at NRTC , Haripur . b. Bids complete in all respect i.e clearly signed / stamped will be considered fit for evaluation. c. Contractors are advised in their own interest to visit the site and inspect type of the work required to be done before submitting quotation. It will be deemed understood that the contractor has fully acquainted himself with the detailed nature of work. No claim on account of insufficient knowledge shall be entertained afterward. d. NRTC may reject all the bids at any time prior to the acceptance of bids as per Rule-33 of Public Procurement Rules 2004. e. Single stage two envelop process will be followed. f. The bidder will be backlisted in accordance with clause 19 (1) (b) of PPRA, if he fails to perform his contractual obligation during the execution of contract or breaches the contract due to his capacity and capability to perform or otherwise. g. Bids will be acceptable through tender box placed at NRTC along with bids received in post.
