Failure to fulfil any of the under-listed requirements will render a bid, disqualified: a. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with active status, including Form CAC 1.1 or CAC 2 and CAC 7. Business Name is also acceptable for Services; b. Evidence of Companys Tax Clearance Certificate (or Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificates of all the Partners in case of Business Name for Consultancy Services only) for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December, 2025, with a Minimum Average Annual Turnover of between N20 Million to N80 Million as detailed in the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) for Categories A only; c. Evidence of Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2025; d. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2025; e. Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2025 (this requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 15 and above); f. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31st December, 2025 or valid Certificate issued by BPP; g. Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the National Agricultural Land Development Authority or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars; h. Reference Letter from a reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria, willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed; i. Companys Profile with Curriculum Vitae of relevant Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional Qualifications such as COREN, ARCON, CORBON, SURCON, QSRBN etc.; j. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Award, Valuation/Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the projects; k. For Consultancy Services: Evidence of Firms registration with relevant regulatory professional body(ies); l. For Supply of Equipment: Letter of Authorisation from Original Equipment/Vehicle Manufacturers (OEM); m. IT Service Provider: Evidence of registration with National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) n. For Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) should be provided (CAC, Tax Clearance, Pension Compliance Certificate, ITF Compliance Certificate, NSITF, IRR and Sworn Affidavit are compulsory for each Joint Venture partner); o. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding Letter under the Company/Firms Letter Headed Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM Number), and E-mail Address. The Letter Headed Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized officer of the Company; and Interested Companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) for categories A&B only from NALDAs Annex Office, Federal Secretariat Complex Phase I, 5B Room 262, 2nd Floor, Central Business District, Abuja, on evidence of payment of a non-refundable TENDER FEE of N10, 000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only, per Lot, paid into the REMITA Account/TSA of National Agricultural Land Development Authority (NALDA) in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria.
