Expression of Interest are invited for Firm to Lead Logistics and Delivery of a Training of Technology Experts in Digital Health in Asia. Publication Date: 05/13/2025 12:00 AM EDT EOI Deadline: 05/26/2025 11:59 PM EDT Several countries have developed or are planning to develop National Digital Health Strategies. However, once a strategy is developed, the operationalization of it can prove challenging. In 2024, the World Bank published the Digital Health Blueprint Toolkit to help governments develop a roadmap to implement their digital health strategy. The toolkit is a comprehensive set of customizable resources designed to help country governments move from strategy to implementation by focusing on the development of buildable blueprints contextualized to country health priorities. The toolkit is designed to be applied through five sequential workshops over two to three months with a countrys multi-stakeholder technical working group (TWG). A facilitator plans and leads the workshop sessions, as well as shares relevant content with participants before and after each workshop. To meet the growing demand and requests to implement the Digital Health Blueprint Toolkit, there is a need to increase the number of trained facilitators who can support country digital TWGs apply the toolkit. The facilitators must be knowledgeable in digital health enterprise architecture, skilled in facilitating senior-level multi-stakeholder meetings, and able to navigate the nuances of this customizable resource across different country settings, including varying degrees of digital health maturity. The World Bank will support a four-day Blueprint Bootcamp Training in the East Asia and Pacific region, (the Region) to upskill a set of 25-30 digital health experts who are able to facilitate the 5 workshops outlined in the toolkit. To support the bootcamp, the World Bank is seeking a firm to lead participant identification and all logistics for the event.
