Quotation are invited for Specialized Courses for Emergency Preparedness and Response Center Staff. Specialized Courses for Emergency Preparedness and Response Center Staff Specialized Emergency Training Courses 1. Objective: To provide specialized emergency response training to enhance preparedness, response capabilities, and coordination among personnel working within the Center of Emergency Preparedness and Response. 2. Scope of Services The supplier shall develop and deliver specialized emergency training courses, including but not limited to: Incident Command System (ICS). Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Operations. Disaster Preparedness and Management. Exercises Preparation, Conduct and Evaluation. Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) Response. Hazmat Awareness and Operations. Disaster Behavioral Health and Crisis Intervention. CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosive) Awareness. 3. Deliverables Detailed course syllabus and learning objectives for each specialized course. Certified instructors with relevant experience and credentials. Interactive classroom and hands-on practical exercises. Training materials, handouts, and evaluations. Pre- and post-training assessments. Attendance completion certificates. 4. Training Schedule Courses will be delivered on mutually agreed dates throughout the calendar year. Each course will vary in duration depending on the topic and complexity. 5. Target Audience Medical and Non-Medical Personnel. 6. Location Training may be conducted on-site or at an agreed-upon training venue with appropriate accommodation for practical exercises.
