Prequalifications are invited for Rehabilitation of Arts Theatre Date Added: May 12, 2025 Deadline: 24/06/2025 Category: Rehabilitation/Renovation ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS To be considered for Bidding, prospective bidders must meet the following minimum qualifications: a. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC2 and CAC7; b. Evidence of Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December, 2025; c. Evidence of current Pension compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2025. d. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2025. e. Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2025. f. Evidence of registration on National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and service providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31st December, 2025 or valid Certificate issued by BPP. g. Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant Committees of the Isaac Jasper Boro College of Education, Sagbama or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars. h. Company Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years (2022, 2023 and 2024). i. Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria; indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed; j. Company profile with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/professional qualifications. k. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) SIMILAR Jobs successfully executed in the last five (3) years with names of clients, including Letter of Awards, Valuation Certificates, Job completion certificate and photographs of the projects. l. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a covering/forwarding letter under the company/firms letter-headed paper bearing amongst others, the Registration number (RC), Contact address, Telephone number and Email address. The letter-headed paper must bear Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the company duly signed by the authorized officer of the company/firm. Interested firms are to collect the Pre-qualification and Tender Documents from the Procurement Office, Isaac Jasper Boro College of Education, Sagbama upon payment of a non-refundable fee of N20, 000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira) only, at the cash office, Bursary Department, for official receipt which is to be presented at the point of collection of the SBDs between 10:00am 4pm, Mondays Fridays. Note: a. Bids must be in English language and signed by an official authorized by the bidder; b. Bids submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned unopened; c. All cost will be borne by the bidders; d. Only pre-qualified bidders at technical evaluation will be at a later date for collection of tender documents for the financial bids; e. The College reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any claims made on documents submitted and shall disqualify any company whose claims are found to be false in addition to other sanctions that may be deemed necessary f. The College is not bound to pre-qualify any bidder and reserves the right to annul the Procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities in accordance with Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act 2007.
