Tenders are invited for Shifting of 132/11kv 20/26 Mva Power Transformer for Augmentation Work on 70 Ton Private Trailer from New Wah Store to 132 Kv Gss Plandri & Shifting Back of 10/13 Ptf (Dismantled) from 132 Kv Gss Plandri to New Wah Store under 7th Stg Projects. A complete set of Request for Proposal may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application at the address mentioned below and upon payment in Cash /Bank Draft /Pay Order of a non-refundable fee of Rs.2000/-per document in working hours (1000 Hrs to 1500 Hrs). 3. Bidders/ Goods Transporters shall accompany a bid security amounting to Rs. 42,000/- in favour of Chief Engineer (Development) IESCO, Islamabad in shape of DD/PO/CDR/Bank Guarantee valid for 28 Days beyond Bid Validity. Bid shall be valid for a period of Sixty (60) days. 4. Bidders/ Goods Transporters shall quote for all items of tender, in case a bidder does not quote complete tender (i.e. all items of the tender), the bid shall be considered non-responsive. 5. Bidders/ Goods Transport Company shall be responsible for safely carriage of Power Transformers from sites to destination. In case of any theft, robbery, accident, damage or fire of material, goods transporter shall pay 100% cost of material to IESCO. For the purpose, Transport Company shall ensure insurance coverage of each item upto 100% of cost of item. 100% insurance coverage shall be in the name of procuring agency.
