The Ordering Party, According To Its Needs, As Part Of The Total Value Of The Contract, Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Of The Ordered Assortment Specified In The Contractors Offer Due To The Actual Demand For The Assortment. These Changes May Consist In Increasing Or Reducing The Amount Of One Assortment, At The Cost Of Reducing Or Increasing The Amount Of Another Assortment Covered By The Subject Of The Contract. 5. The Contracting Authority Reserves, If Necessary, The Possibility Of Ordering Another Assortment Not Included In The Assortment And Price Form, Provided That The Contractor Will Offer A Different Range And Its Price Will Be Market.
