In Order To Demonstrate That The Offered Product Is In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Annex 5 To Swz - The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Employer Demands That The Contractor And The Offer Submit The Following Evidence: 1) The Current Hygiene Certificate Issued By The National Institute Of Public Health - The National Institute Of Hygiene, Allowing The Product For Use In Water Intended For Human Consumption; 2) Technical Specification Of The Offered Product. Note: The Technical Specification Should Confirm The Fulfillment Of All The Requirements Specified In The Characteristics Of The Product Included In Point 2 Of Annex 5 To Swz. - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Technical Specification Includes Specific Numerical Values As To Each Of The Parameters Indicated In Point 2 Of Annex 5 To Swz. The Employer Will Accept Equivalent Evidence If They Confirm That The Offered Deliveries Meet The Requirements Specified By The Employer. 4.2 The Purchaser Reserves That If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Evidence In Question, Or When The Submitted Evidence Will Prove To Be Incomplete, The Contractor Will Be Summoned Pursuant To Art. 107 Para. 2 Of The Act To Submit Or Supplement Them Within The Prescribed Period.
