Tenders are invited for Supply of Assorted Grain in Inachalo and Ofukolo in Idah Date Added: May 12, 2025 Deadline: 09/06/2025 Category: General Supplies & Services, Agriculture, Office Equipment & Supplies, Rehabilitation/Renovation Tender documents are obtainable from Procurement office, NASC Headquarters Sheda-Gwagwalada on the presentation of original receipt of non-refundable tender fee of N10, 000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) for each lot paid into National Agricultural Seeds Council TSA/REMITA A/C. The completed tender documents must be duly registered at the Procurement Unit and submitted in three (3) copies, one (1) original and two (2) copies in two separate envelopes clearly marked Technical and Financial. Both Envelopes must be submitted in one large sealed envelope, marked with Lot number at the top left hand corner and addressed to the Secretary Tenders Board, National Agricultural Seed Council, Sheda, Gwagwalada KM29 Abuja-Lokoja High way. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated Tender Box not later than 12:00 noon on Monday 9th June, 2025 Interested firms are to submit two (2) bound of Expression of Interest (EoI) documents separated by dividers and arranged as indicated above. The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed as indicated above and clearly marked with (the name of the project and the Lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated Tender Box not later than 12:00 Monday 26th May, 2025 The EOI and the Technical Bids shall be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday 26th May, 2025 and 12:00 noon on Monday 9th June, 2025 respectively, in the presence of the bidders/representatives, Civil Society organisations (CSOS) in areas of Anti Corruption and Transparency, and other relevant statutory bodies at the Central Laboratorys Conference room NASC Headquarter Sheda, Gwagwalada. Note: i. This advertisement shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of the National Agricultural Seeds Council nor shall it entitle any bidder submitting documents to claim any indemnity from the Council, ii. Certificates and any other documents submitted shall be referred to the respective issuing authority for verification and authentication. Due diligence shall be conducted to verify any claims made by the bidders, iii. Technical and Financial Bids put in one envelope that will expose bidders amount shall be disqualified and bids should be properly packaged iv. Bidders should not bid for more than two (2) Lots across Categories A and B ; v. Category A : Only pre-qualified bidders at technical bids evaluation will be invited at a later date for financial bids opening, while the financial bids of un-successful bidders will be returned un-opened; vi. Category B: Only shortlisted firms will be invited at a later date for collection of Request for Proposals; vii.
