Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: Scope Of Works: • Disassembly Of Existing Devices (Roof Fans); • Disassembly Of The Existing Lightning Protection System; • Demolition Of Existing Flashings Of Tinstorms Of The Gable Walls And At The Hood With Gutters; • Harvesting Of Separate Plasters Of Brick Chimneys; • Repair Of The Existing Roofing From Asphalt Papa, • Cleaning And Cleaning And Cleaning Preparation Of The Substrate For The Implementation Of The Thermal Insulation Layer; • Making A Layer Of Thermal Insulation Of The Flat Roofing With The Use Of Eps100 036 Thickness 20.0 Cm Thick; • Making A Layer Of Insulation Within Fireproofs In Reference To The Existing Thermal Insulation Of Facade Walls And Designed Insulation Of The Flat Roof; Fireworms Of The Gable Walls Of The Facades And At The Hood In Adaptation To Newly Mounted Gutters; • Restoration Of Brick Chimneys Plastering Using Cement Plasters On The Mesh With Earlier Alignment Of Walls Using 20Mm Thick -Thick Polystyrene Boards, So As Not To Go Beyond The Outline Of The Levels Asplade On The Adhesive; • Restoration Of Lightning Protection System; • Restoration Of Gutters Mounted To Structures From Osb Boards At A Raised Height Of The Upper Surface Of The Finished Roof Along With The Extension Of Existing Downpipes (Details According To The Drawing Part Of The Study); • Renewal Of The Painting Coating Of The Existing Steel External Ladder On The Roof.
