Construction Of The Headquarters Of The Poviat Veterinary Inspectorate In Kolbuszowa With The Necessary Infrastructure, Internal Installations, Construction Equipment Related To The Building, Including The Parking Lot, The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Execution Of Construction Works, And In Particular: 1) Preparatory Works2) Construction Works In The Field Of Connections, Including: A) Water Supply, B) Sanitary, C) Teletechnical 3) Construction Works In The Field Of Building, Including Installation Of Internal Installations, 4) Air Conditioning, 5) Solar Installation And Heat Pump, 6) Equipment. 14. The Change In The Amount Of The Contractors Remuneration Is Permissible In The Cases Indicated By Art. 436 Point 4 Lit. B) The Pzp Act, Provided That These Changes Will Affect The Costs Of Performing The Contract By The Contractor. 15. Based On The Criteria Indicated In Para. 14 It Is Allowed To Change The Remuneration Of The Contractor Provided That The Contractors Following, Documented Circumstances Occur: 1) The Changes Referred To In Art. 436 Point 4 Lit. B) The Public Procurement Law, The Dates And Grounds For Their Introduction, 2) Incurring Other Than At The Time Of The Contractor Concluding The Contract As A Payer For The Insured By Which He Performs The Subject Of The Contract, For The Payment Of Social Security Contributions Or Health Insurance Of Insured On The Basis Of Documents Showing Those Costs, Which Are In Particular Employment Contracts, Changes In Employment Contracts, Changes From Insured Accounts, 3) Payer For The Insured/Participants, With The Help Of Whom He Performs The Subject Of The Contract, As Payments To Employee Capital Plans, Based On Documents Showing Those Costs, Which Are In Particular Employment Contracts, Changes To Employment Contracts, Printouts From Insured Accounts/Participants, 4) Incurring Costs Other Than At The Time Of The Contract By The Contractor As A Taxpayer Of The Goods And Services Tax At The Time Of Acquisition Of Goods And Services Taxes In Relation To The Goods And Services Indicated In The Offer Cost Estimate Constituting An Attachment To The Contract, On The Basis Of Documents Showing Those Costs, Which Are In Particular Invoices, Bills As Their Purchase Together With Evidence Of Their Payment. 16. Changing The Amount Of The Contractors Remuneration Referred To In Para. 14, Is Permissible Once After 12 Months From The Date Of The Contract And Applies To The Remuneration Of The Contractor Due For Partial Works Performed After 12 Months From The Date Of The Contract For Which Invoices Were Issued After This Period. 17. Change In The Amount Of The Contractors Remuneration Referred To In Para. 1, Is Also Permissible In The Event Of A Change In The Price Of Materials Or Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Order Other Than Those Indicated In Art. 436 Point 4 Lit.
