Tenders Are Invited For Benefit For Clients Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center From The Rawa Mazowiecka Commune Care Services

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision For Clients Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center From The Rawa Mazowiecka Commune Of Care Services. The Service Will Be Provided On Business Days, And In Particularly Justified Cases, I.E. When The Lack Of Services May Cause A Threat To Life Or Health, Also On Public Holidays In The Period: From The Date Of The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From July 1, 2025 For A Period Of 24 Months, Between 8:00 And 11:00 Am. The Service Will Be Provided In Accordance With Art. 50 Para. 1-3 Of The Act Of 12 March 2004 On Social Assistance (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1283, As Amended). The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Provide Specialized Care Services. As Part Of The Services Provided, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To Provide Assistance In The Following Activities: A) Economic Activities:-Purchase Of Foodstuffs And Other Necessary For The Existence Of The Charges; - Providing Meals, Including A Hot Meal At Least Once A Day; - Feeding People Who Require This Due To Their Health; - Going Out For A Walk With The Mentee; - Keeping Household, Sanitary Equipment And A Room In Which The Mentee Stays Clean; - Clothing Washing; - Smoking In The Oven, Etc.; B) Nursing Activities: - Washing, Bathing, Combing, Dressing The Mentee; - Change Of Personal And Bedding Underwear; - Sending The Bed; - Help In Dealing With Physiological Needs; - Other Work Related To The Care Of The Sick; C) Help In Settling Official Matters: - Reporting Medical Visits, - Purchase Of Medicines If Necessary; - Making Fees; - Other Activities In Accordance With The Needs Of The Mentee. The Expected Number Of Hours Of Care Services Rendered For All Gops Clients (22 People - Condition At April 2025) Will Amount To 31,416.00 Hours During The Order. The Number Of Hours Necessary To Perform The Service For Individual Persons Will Always Be Determined By Issuing An Administrative Decision Depending On The Health And Family Situation Of The Person Requiring Help. The Issuing Of A Decision In This Matter Will Always Be Preceded By A Visit Of A District Social Worker In The Environment And Conducting An Environmental Interview. The Number Of People And The Number Of Hours May Change And Cannot Be Determined Exactly Due To The Specificity Of The Order, Which Is Characterized By Variability Of Needs Due To The Changing Health And Life Situation Of People Who Require Help Etc. The Services Rendered Do Not Include The Time Of Reaching The Career To The Place Of Service. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Actual Number Of Hours Of The Service Performed. The Contractors Are Not Entitled To Any Claims In Connection With The Commission Of A Limited Extent. The Services Will Be Provided In The Rawa Mazowiecka Commune, At The Place Of Residence Of Gops Clients In Rawa Mazowiecka, Meeting At Least One Of The Following Criteria: - Age, - Disability, - Dependence. It Requires That All Persons Directed By The Contractor To Perform The Service
