1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Food From 25.08.2025 To 30.06.2026 To The Boarding School At The Agricultural School Complex Center For Continuing Education In Czernichów, Ul. Rynek 11, 32-070 Czernichów.2. Part /Task Number /: 1 Task: Delivery Of General-Virginity Of Delivery: 3-5 Times A Week Between 06.00-09.00 After Placing A Telephone Order. 3. The Number Of Assortments For Each Task Are Included In The Table Form Tables, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.4. Place Of Delivery: Boarding School At The Agricultural School Complex Center For Continuing Education In Czernichów, Ul. Rynek 11, 32-070 Czernichów. 5. The Contracting Authority Will Not Adapt The Delivery Dates To The Logistics Capabilities Of The Contractor. 6. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Delivered By Transport, Meeting The Requirements Of The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Food Safety And Nutrition (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended). 7 The Contractor Will Properly Secure The Goods For Transport (Packaging, Containers Adapted To Transport A Given Range) And Bears Complete Responsibility For The Supply And Quality Of The Goods Delivered. Packaging In Which Food Is Supplied By The Contractor Should Meet The Sanitary And Hygienic Requirements (Clean Containers, Properly Protected). 8. Producted Products: 1) Should Meet The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of 26 July 2016 On Groups Of Foods Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In Units Of The Education System And The Requirements That The Foods Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Youth Must Meet In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154), Including Fulfilling Their Sanitary Conditions, Production Processing, Storage, Transport And Direct Sales; 2) Should Be Fresh, First Species, First Class, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; 3) Should Be Characterized By High Taste; 4) The Packaging Should Be Marked And Contain Information On, Among Others: The Name And Address Of The Manufacturer, Distributor Name, Name Of The Goods, Its Quality, Production Dates, Use Date, Shelf Life; 5) Products Processed (Sausages And Meat Products), According To The Polish Standard, Should Have Labels Determining The Commercial Name Of The Product, The Percentage Raw Material Composition Of The Meat Content In The Sausage, Substances Used In Production. The Employer Reserves The Right To Order Sausages In A Sliced ​​Form And With The Possibility Of Vacuum Packaging; 6) Meat Should Be Delivered In Closed Containers Or Packaging Approved For Contact With Food. Each Container Should Be Attached A Label Containing Information About, Among Others: The Name And Address Of The Manufacturer, Name Of The Distributor, Name Of The Goods, Quality Class And Shelf Life. In The Case Of The Contractor Provides A Defective Or Defective Goods, The Employer Will Refuse To Collect The Goods, While The Contractor Replace A Defective Or Defective Goods For Not Defective / Wh
