Tenders Are Invited For A Service To Organize A Trip To Italy - Rome For Persons Entitled To Use The Company Social Benefits Fund Of The State University Jan Grodka In Sanok

1. The Subject Of This Proceeding Is The Organization Of A Trip To Italy - Rome For Persons Entitled To Use The Company Social Benefit Fund For A Group Of About 40 People. 2. The Contracting Authority In Accordance With The Provision Of Art. 441 Para. 1 Public Procurement Law Provides For The Possibility Of Applying The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Expected Number Of Participants In The Range Of Up To +/- 5 People. The Contracting Authority May Not Use The Right Option Or Use In Part. The Order Carried Out Under The Option Is The Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party. The Contracting Authoritys Use Of The Right To Reduce The Number Of Participants In The Scope Of 5 People Does Not Give Rise To Any Claims Against The Contractor. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Accept And Execute The Order After Receiving A Notification From The Ordering Party That He Intends To Use The Right. The Rules Regarding The Implementation Of The Order Covered By The Law Will Be The Same As Those That Apply To The Basic Order. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Of Options Within The Basic Order Date. The Contracting Authority Will Inform The Contractor About The Exercise Of The Right Option Immediately After Making Such A Decision, But Not Later Than 30 Calendar Days Before The Planned Date Of Departure. 3. The Contracting Authority According To The Disposal Arising From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged, As Part Of This Order, To: 1) Organizing And Conducting A Trip By Plane To Italy - Rome, In Accordance With The Minimum Scope Of The Order Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 6 To Swz, 2) Conclude For Persons Participating In The Trip Of Insurance Contracts Against Accidents, Costs Of Treatment And Insurance Of Luggage, And Sending A Copy Of These Insurance Contracts, And Sending A Copy Of These Insurance Contracts To The Ordering Party At The Latest 2 Days Before The Date Of Going On A Trip. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With The Requirements Regarding Its Implementation And Warranty Conditions Are Determined By: 1.1. Annex 1 To Swz Containing: 1) Template Of The Offer Form Together With The Program Of The Proposed Trip Developed On The Basis Of Opz, 1.2. Annex 2 To Swz - Contract Template. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Contract Template With Attachments, 1.3. Annex 6 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract,
