1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A New School Bus For The Needs Of The Transport Of Students To Schools Run By The Rusinów Commune. Number Of Places On The Bus: Min. 34 People + Driver, Max 38 People Plus Driver, Orange Bus Color. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Minimal Bus Parameters Required) Is Annex 7 To This Swz And The Proposed Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Annex 2 To This Swz. The Bus Must Be Factory -New Produced In 2024 Or 2025, Unused, Complete, Free From Construction, Material, Executive And Legal Defects. 2. The School Bus Must Meet The Technical Requirements Set Out In The Legal Provisions In Force In The Republic Of Poland Specified For Vehicles Intended For Transporting Persons And Moving On Public Roads, In Particular They Should Meet The Technical Conditions Arising From The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 31 December 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502) And From Other Executive Acts, As Well As Must Have A Current Vehicle Approval Certificate Issued In Accordance With The Act Of 14 April 2023 On Vehicle Approval Systems And Their Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2023 Item 919) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure August 2, 2023 On Vehicle Type Approval (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1651). 3.
