The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Successive Delivery Of Meat, Meat Products, Poultry And Sausages To The Canteen For The Needs Of The Board Of The Technical Secondary School In Tuchola Located In Tuchola At Ul. Pocztowa 11. The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet All Requirements For Food Products Specified In Applicable Regulations, And In Particular: 1) The Act Of 25 August 2006. On Food Safety And Nutrition (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, I.E.); 2) The Act Of December 21, 2000. On Commercial Quality Of Agri -Food Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1980, I.E.) And Executive Acts To It. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Swz And Attachments Attached To Swz. The Contractor - In Order To Correctly Submit The Offer, Is Obliged To Use The Offer Form - Annex 2, Which Should Be Submitted With The Cost Estimate - The Assortment And Price Form Constituting Annex 1 To The Offer Form. The Assortment And Price Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. The Member Does Not Allow Submission Of Offers That Do Not Include All Order Items- Not To Complete Any Item Of The Assortment And Price Form Results In The Rejection Of The Offer. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of Beef, Pork, Cold Cuts, Poultry, According To The Range And In The Quantities Specified In The Assortment And Price Form- Annex No. 1 To The Offer Form, Which Should Be Attached With The Offer- Annex 2. Display Will Take Place Every Day From Monday To Friday Between 7:00 And 7:30 Am, Based On Telephone Orders. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Order An Urgent On A Given Day In A Situation. The Employer Reserves The Right To Order Individual Assortments With An Accuracy Of 0.1 Kg. The Supplied Meat And Sausages And Poultry Must Be Fresh, Not Frozen, Devoid Of Foreign Fragrances, Damage To Casings, Packaging, Without Raids, Bruising, Greening, Without Viscosity. Orpanoleptically Impeccable. Manufactured And Delivered In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Sanepid And Haccap System And In Accordance With The Veterinary Regulations Of Beers. The Subject Of The Contract Presented In The Offer Should Be Consistent With Polish And European Standards. Each Assortment Supplied, Each Delivery Party Must Be Delivered In The Original Undamaged Packaging Bearing The Shelf Life, Name, Raw Material, Name And Address Of The Manufacturer, In Polish. It Is Not Allowed To Deliver Goods Whose Shelf Life Is Close To The Date Of Delivery. The Contractor Must Have All The Veterinary Documents Provided For By Law For The Origin And Slaughter Of Animals That Were Used To Prepare The Delivery Range And Make Them Available At The Req
