1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Window Joinery In The Rooms Of The 4Th Department Of Labor And Social Insurance Of The District Court In Sieradz, Al. Zwycięstwa 1, 98-200 Sieradz. Ultimately, Before Assembly Of Joinery, The Contractor Is Required To Perform A Detailed Inventory And Executive / Workshop Design, Which Should Then Be Agreed With The Contracting Authority And Authors Supervision. 1) The Scope Of The Contractor Includes, Among Others: A) Preparatory Works Including Adaptation Of Rooms For Carrying Out Work (Protection Of Floors, Walls And Furniture Remaining Indoors, Moving Furniture, Securing The Nests Of Logical Installation, Electrical, Electrical Installation, Etc. Substruction) And Flashings Along With The Utilization Of Existing Elements Of Agreement With The Contracting Authority And Authors Supervision; D) The Implementation Of The Target, Detailed Inventory Of The Joinery, E) Performing The Workshop Design And Agreeing It With Authors Supervision F) Performing A New Window Joinery At Its Own Subsection And Its Assembly; G) Processing Of Mounted Window Joinery (Structural Siliconization And Necessary Flashings); H) Ordering The Area Of The Works, The Elevation And Removal Of Demolition Materials. 2) As Part Of The Renovation Works Outside Of The In Question, The Window Joinery Replacement Is Also Provided For: A) Replacement Of The Floor From The Floor Covering For Wood -Like Stoneware Tiles With A Board Dimensions (120X25 Cm Or Similar) In Dark Brown Color; B) Replacement Of Lighting-Led Ceiling Ceils With A Power Of 40-50 W, Neutral Light Color (4000 K)-Demonstrated On The Drawing Documentation Of The Inventory.3) The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Determined By The Pre-Amount Of The Works.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In The Documentation Constituting Annex 7 To Swz.
