Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of Building No. 20 Hydro Gdańsk University Of Technology Located At Ul. Gabriela Narutowicza 11/12 In Gdańsk - Stage I

1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Hydro Building Of The Faculty Of Civil Engineering And The Environment Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology Located In The University Campus At Ul. Gabriela Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233 Gdańsk 2. The Scope Of Work Includes Construction Works With All Industries, Aimed At Adapting The Rooms In The Building To The Current Needs Of The Faculty Of Land Engineering And The Environment Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology And To Current Technical Requirements. 3. The Building Is Brick, Plastered, On The Letter C, Five -Story, Basement, With An Attic, Covered With A Flat Roof. From The West To The Building There Is A Two -Story, Small Connector On A Rectangular Plan. The Connector Leads To The Newly Created Building Of The Ekoinnovation Center Belonging To The Building Complex Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology. The Facade On The Ground Floor To The Level Of The First Cornice Is Finished With Gray Lastrinth, With White Pebbles. Above, The Building Is Plastered With Structural Plaster, Speckled In Gray. The Plinth Zone, The Groundbreak Below The Ground Level, Is Separated By A Retaining Wall, Topped With A Metal Balustrade. Galvanized Gutters And Trigger Pipes. On The Ground Floor Axial On The Front Facade There Is An Entrance To The Building, Emphasized By A Stone Portal, To Which They Lead Several Degrees Of Stairs, Currently Covered With Gray Granite. The Entire Secondary Window Joinery, Made In White Pvc. The Building Is Equipped With One Passenger Crane Not Adapted For The Disabled. On The South Side, In The Central Part Of The Building There Is A One -Story Extension - An Auditorium Of The South. 4. The Scope Of Work Includes, In Particular, Works Involving: 1) Demolition And Construction Of Illuminating Wells-Construction Of New Retaining Walls For The Windows Illuminating The Floors -1; 2) Construction Of New Entrance Stairs Along With A Ramp For Disabled People To The Main Entrance Of The Building; 3) Compact Horizontal Insulation By Injection Method; 4) The Thermal Insulation Of External Walls; 5) Expanding The Elevator Shaft - Making A New Elevator Shaft With The Foundation And A Load -Bearing Wall For Widening The Ceiling Hole And Widening The Holes In The Load -Bearing Wall Around The Elevator; 6) Installation Of A New Elevator Adapted To The Movement Of Disabled People; 7) Demolition Of Partition Walls And Floors In The Underground Floor Along With All Sanitary, Electrical And Teletechnical Installations On This Floor As Well As Partition Walls And Finishing Layers Of Floors On The 4Th Floor (According To The Distortion); 8) From The West Side Of The Door Opening With Silicate Blocks, Demolishing Stairs Along The Building Along The Building Area; 9) Dehydration Of The Side Of The Side Stairs To The Underground Floor (From The West); 10) Reconstruction Of Connections Of Drain Pipes To The Rainwater Sewage System (Removal From The Wa
